Anzac Services
These two important events went off well with our school service on Friday afternoon and then the town's dawn service on Sunday. The school service began with senior student Rex Petersen lowering the flag to half mast and then Hunterville RSA president Maureen Fenton gave an interesting address. The junior and senior swimming sports were held in brilliant weather last week. Gee, we get wonderful parent support - thanks parents and friends of the school for your help and/or attendance. Interschool Cross Country Nov 6th
Close to 400 runners from around the region converged on Hunterville for the annual cross country event. We supplied three of the six champions on our home course with KARMA PEETI, THOMAS WALSHE and ALICE BIRD each winning their event.... More Information »
Best Cross Country Results Ever!
With an average of 125 runners per age group our Y 5/6 cross country did outstandingly well to take out the Wanganui Y 5/6 interschool team cup – where the top two runners from a school in each section count.
