We're looking at running this year's ELECTIVES programme for YR 5-8  over three Friday's and one Thursday from Friday 19 August. The dates are as per opposite. For anyone unfamiliar with our Electives programme there is a full page blurb on it in our 26 July Weekly Newsletter and also the 8 July Community Newsletter.


This team took out the regional finals for the Yr 5/6 Rippa Rugby tournament in Wanganui today, and as such win an all expenses paid trip to Wellington in September for the national finals. They have continued the recent legacy of our teams in this tournament, this being the third successive year Hunterville will have represented WAnganui at the nationals. Well done team - and well done coach, Mr Shane Ratima.

EPro8 Semi Final Winners!
This team of (from left) Tineisha McDougall, Zoe Nydegger-Monks, Emma Vennell and Morna Collie won their heat several weeks ago and then last night in the semi-finals topped their pool again - and our boys' team was second! This semi included teams from the Wanganui, Dannevirke and Feilding areas, with the top five teams going through to the regional finals in Palmerston North on 4 May. Well done girls!
