Yr 7/8 Resolution Bay Camps 1-7 December
08-12-2014
Year 8s were at Resolution Bay from 1-4 December and the Year 7s from 4th to 7th. What a time they had! Led by Mr Smith our 44 senior students accompanied by three staff and 24 parents had a ball. Pictured here is Year 8 student Brooklyn Gray with one of her catches from the fishing in the Sounds with Captain Colin. Other activities included tramps to Endeavour Inlet and Furneaux Lodge, and to Ships Cove as well as tobogganing and kyaking. The food was great, the weather kind and the company perfect! Hunterville Consolidated School opened on 28th September 1887 with a roll of 40 pupils. A secondary department was established at the school in 1912 and this operated until 1929 ...
